Olive oil brocker since the early '70s, personally, I have continued the tradition since 1993, providing the experience and professionalism gained in these decades of activity to many renowned Italian and foreign companies, particularly in the field of international trade.
Italy, Greece, Spain, Tunisia, and Portugal are the markets where I traditionally operate, maintaining fruitful collaborations with Italian and foreign companies and colleagues, some of which have been long-standing, while others are more recent, as the olive oil industry is constantly evolving.
Currently, it averages
around 250,000 tonnes annually, according to ISMEA.
The consumption of olive oil in Italy
averages around 600,000 tonnes.
Spain, Greece, Tunisia, and Portugal are regularly sourced countries. Morocco and Turkey are also of interest.
Italy exports approximately
350,000 tonnes
of olive oil.
The brocker
is the one who
brings together two or more parties
to
conclude a deal, without being bound to any of them by collaboration, dependence, or representation relationships
(Art. 1754 C.C.).
